3-B. REPORT ON LOCAL EMERGENCIES PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 8630; RATIFICATION OF ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY SERVICES; EXTENSION OF WINTER STORMS AND LOCAL SHOOTING EMERGENCIES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receive and file this report pursuant to Government Code § 8630; (2) Ratify certain actions taken by the Director of Emergency Services including, without limitation, extending the effective date for issuing building permits for the Rykadan 005, LLC project (aka “Celadon”) pursuant to Development Agreement (DA-21-XX); and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
