16. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3855 WITH ULTIMATE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR INCREASED CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3855 with Ultimate Maintenance Services for Citywide Custodial Services increasing the scope of services and annual fee to an amount not-to-exceed $560,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the city; and 3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2022-23 budget by increasing appropriations by $146,000 in Account No. 100- 30-510-6040.35 (General Fund, Public Works, Facilities Maintenance, Custodial Services), and $54,000 in Account No. 600-90-900-6040.35 (Transit Fund, Administration, Custodial Services); and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
