14. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3858 WITH ADVANCED AVANT-GARDE COMPANY FOR AS-NEEDED HOUSING CONSULTING SERVICES AND APPROVE ISSUING A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR FUTURE AS-NEEDED PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE ADMINSITRATION OF HOME/CDBG PROGRAMS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 3858 between the City of Montebello and Advanced Avant-Garde Company (“Avant-Garde”) to provide as-needed housing consulting services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 3858 between the City and Avant-Garde to provide housing consulting services as needed; and 3. Approve issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for as-needed professional support services for the administration of HOME/CDBG programs; and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable. CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine. Any items a member wishes to discuss, including any items the public submitted speaker cards for, should be designated at this time. All other items may be approved in a single motion. Such approval will also waive the reading of any Ordinance.
