18. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT NO. 4086 WITH PRECISION MATERIAL MANAGEMENT, LLC FOR ASSET INVENTORY AND VALUATION SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4086 with Precision Material Management, LLC for Asset Inventory and Valuation Services; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
