15. TAX-SHARING RESOLUTIONS FOR SANITATION DISTRICT, ANNEXATION\nNOS. 1116, 1135, AND 1136 - The Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District provides\nwastewater treatment services within the District's service area. To provide wastewater\ntreatment service to properties located outside the District's service area, the boundary\nmust be expanded through the annexation process.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District's resolutions approving and\naccepting the negotiated exchange of property tax revenues resulting from Santa\nClarita Valley Sanitation District Annexation Nos. 1116, 1135, and 1136.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
