14. CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TRANSIT BUSINESS\nINTELLIGENCE PLATFORM - City Council to consider awarding a contract to\nTransSIGHT for the development of a transit business intelligence platform and provide\nthree years of licensing and support. This platform would ingest, aggregate, and analyze\ntransit data from different sources to generate new insights and lead to more impactful\ndata-driven decisions.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Award a contract to TransSIGHT to develop a transit analytics platform and provide\nthree years of licensing and support for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$374,988.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contract documents, or modify\nthe award in the event issues of impossibility of performance arise, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
