UPDATE TO SPEED HUMP/CUSHION PROGRAM - This item would streamline\nthe City's Speed Hump/Cushion Program application process and bring responsibility for\ninstallation costs into conformance with existing practice.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council approve the update to the Citywide Speed Hump/Cushion Program\n(Program), which will allow an individual property owner to request a speed\nhump/cushion evaluation. The City of Santa Clarita would assume responsibility of\nsurveying affected property owners on the subject street and the costs associated with\nProgram implementation.
