A. INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 23-1072, AMENDING TITLE 8 (STORMWATER POLLUTANT ELIMINATION) AND SECTION 9-1N-10 (LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND GREEN STREETS) OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO COMPLY WITH THE MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4) PERMIT The City Council is requested to consider adoption of an ordinance to amend the City’s municipal code to comply with the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit. Presenter: Community Development Director and Management Analyst Recommendation: 1. Introduce Ordinance No. 23-1072 (Attachment “A”) for first reading by title only; 2. Find Ordinance 23-1072 exempt from CEQA, per Section 15061(b)(3) and Section 15308 of the CEQA Guidelines; 3. Waive further reading of Ordinance No. 23-1072; and 4. Schedule the second reading for May 2, 2023.
