City Council: Approval of Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with VCA Code for an additional $600,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1 million for as-needed plan review and permit technician services, to expire June 30, 2024, appropriation of these funds to the Development Services Department, and authorization for the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all necessary documents
