8. SKYLINE RANCH PARK SPORTS LIGHTING INSTALLATION - This item\nconsiders awarding a contract to Corner Keystone Contruction Corporation for\n$318,5500 for sports lighting installation and approving a contract with Musco Sports\nLighting, LLC, for $525,600 for the purchase of lighting equipment.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve the plans and specifications for the sports lighting equipment and\ninstallation at Skyline Ranch Park.\n2. Approve the use of a “piggyback” contract for the purchase of lighting and associated\nelectrical equipment from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC, through the Sourcewell\ncooperative purchasing contract (contract #041123-MSL) in an amount not to exceed\n$525,600.\n3. Award a construction contract for sports lighting equipment installation to Corner\nKeystone Construction Corporation in the amount of $277,000 with a contingency in\nthe amount of $41,550, for a total contract amount not to exceed $318,550.\n4. Appropriate $844,150 from General Fund Capital Project Fund 601 to expenditure\naccount P4034601-516101.\n5. Find that a Negative Declaration for the Skyline Ranch Park Lighting Project was\npreviously approved and no further CEQA review is required pursuant to CEQA\nGuideline 15162.\n6. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments subject to City Attorney approval.
