5. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH FIRST CLASS HEATING AND\nAIR CONDITIONING, INC. FOR EMERGENCY BOILER REPLACEMENT SERVICES AT THE\nCLAREMONT POLICE DEPARTMENT (FUNDING SOURCE: EQUIPMENT AND FACILITY\nREVOLVING RESERVE)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with First Class\nHeating and Air Conditioning, Inc. in the amount of $43,350.37 for\nemergency boiler replacement services; and\nB. Appropriate $43,350.37 from the Equipment and Facility Revolving\nReserve to fully fund the emergency boiler replacement.
