C. UPDATE ON COASTAL ADMINISTRATOR POSITION (Agendized at the April 4, 2023 City Council meeting by Councilmember Cabral, with the support of Council.) Staff Recommendation 1. Further direct the City Manager to complete the creation of the job description for the Coastal Administrator position and begin the recruitment process to allow the new employee to be hired shortly after adoption of the Municipal Budget. 2. Receive and file the Administrative Report dated May 2, 2023 and on file with the City Clerk.
