E. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Multi W. Systems, Inc. for maintenance services related to the Abalone Cove Sanitary Sewer System. (Hernandez) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional service agreement with Multi W. Systems, Inc. for maintenance services related to the Abalone Cove Sanitary Sewer System, extending the term by three years through February 3, 2026, and increasing the contract sum from $180,000 to $360,000, with a contingency of 15% or $27,000 and an annual not-to-exceed limit of $60,000 and contingency of 15% or $9,000; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
