F. Consideration and possible action to receive the 2022 City Employee Compensation and Benefit Analysis Report. (Ramos) Recommendation: 1) Receive the 2022 City Employee Compensation and Benefit Analysis Report (2022 Analysis Report) for the calendar year ending December 31, 2022; and, 2) Waive one year of Agreed-Upon Procedure (AUP) engagement services with the City’s independent auditor, CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), for the 2022 Analysis Report, and resume services when CLA’s staffing status is expected to improve.
