Item No. 27. 2023-0257 CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-067 “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 BUDGET IN THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS" FOR PROJECT NO. 1606: 223RD STREET WIDENING. Recommendation: TAKE the following action: 1. ADOPT Resolution No. 23-067, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Carson amending the fiscal year 2022-23 budget in the Special Revenue Funds" appropriating $120,000 from Measure R HWY Program Fund, $55,000 from SB1 Fund, and $73,319.31 from MWD reimbursement fund to cover pending change orders, other additional work, and other unforeseen construction work that may be required to complete Project No. 1606: 223rd Street Widening and Pavement Rehabilitation from Wilmington Avenue to the East City limit.
