ARCA ENGINEERING Recommendation: 1. AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Division to amend PO 22300901 to an amount not to exceed $194,842.62 thereby allowing payment to P.A. Arca Engineering Inc., under the on-call contract for staff augmentation and other engineering services. 2. ADOPT Resolution No. 23-068 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 BUDGET IN THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND."
