Item No. 22. 2023-0290 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE INSTALLATION OF NO IDLING SIGNS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director to install No Idling signs at various locations throughout the City. 2. DIRECT the City Manager's office to develop an ordinance to expand enforcement authority of commercial vehicle idling regulations to the City's parking enforcement personnel.
