G. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH REALTY PLANNERS GROUP, INC TO IMPLEMENT THE SIXTH CYCLE HOUSING ELEMENT City Council is requested to approve the service agreement to allow the consultant to start the work so that the September 30, 2023 deadline can be met. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the Professional Services Agreement (Attachment “A”) with Realty Planners Group, Inc. (Realty Planners). This agreement is for the implementation of the sixth cycle Housing Element. The budget for this agreement is $30,000 which will be paid by the Local Early Action Planning Grant (LEAP grant). The remaining grant funds must be spent by September 30, 2023; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Realty Planners Group.
