F. FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR TRACT MAP NO. 73471, A SIX- UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AT 4910-4916 ENCINITA AVENUE. City Council approval of the final map will allow the property owner to record the map and start construction of the four condominium units. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Tract Map No. 73471 (Attachment “A”); 2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Map No. 73471; and 3. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15332 (In-fill Development Projects) of the California CEQA Guidelines.
