8.7 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nVERONICA TAM AND ASSOCIATES FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE CITY OF LA\nMIRADA GENERAL PLAN, HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE FOR THE 6TH PLANNING\nCYCLE 2021-2029 – It is recommended the City Council authorize the City Manager to\nexecute Amendment No. 1 for the Professional Services Agreement with Veronica Tam and\nAssociates for the completion of the City of La Mirada General Plan, Housing Element\nUpdate for the 6th Planning Cycle, 2021-2029, as described in the attached Scope of\nServices in the amount of $20,000; and authorize the City Manager to approve additional\nwork that may be required to complete the Housing Element in an amount not to exceed\ntwenty-five percent (25%) of the revised total amount of $74,520.\n8.7 Agreement with Veronica Tam and Associates
