C. Report, Discussion, and Direction Regarding Extension to\nthe Agreement for Priscila Davila & Associates, Inc. On\nProfessional Services Agreement with Priscila Davila &\nAssociates, Inc. to assist staff in administering,\nimplementing, and managing of the HUD - CDBG, HOME,\nCDBG-CV, and HOME-ARP programs. The terms of the\nagreement allow for two one-year extensions.\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the second\namendment and authorize the one-year extension, with the option\nof an additional one-year extension and the increase in the yearly\ncompensation amount from $120,000 to $140,000, which would\nbe paid from the HOME, CDBG, CDBG-CV, and HOME-ARP\nfunding allocation.\nStaff Report
