AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A LETTER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY SUPPORTING ASSEMBLY BILLS 1406 (MCCARTY) AND 1420 (BERMAN) It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter on the City’s behalf supporting Assembly Bill (AB) 1406 (McCarty) and AB 1420 (Berman); and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
