24. Approval of Additional Task for American Rescue Plan Act Consulting Work with HdL Companies to Provide a Program to Assist an Urgent Care Facility to Locate to Hawthorne. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council ask questions as necessary and approve the proposal from HdL Companies to provide additional consulting services to develop and implement a program to offer an incentive to any eligible medical professional group willing to open an Urgent Care facility in the City of Hawthorne and authorize the City Manager to sign contracts with HdL ECONSolutions.
