Appropriation of $43,900.59 from the Police Department Budget, 100-2101-222- 0-0-47404, for Interoperability Network of the South Bay (INSB); and Approval of a Purchase Order in the Not to Exceed Amount of $43,900.59 to the City of Torrance for Interoperability Network of the South Bay (INSB). RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve an appropriation of $43,900.59 from the Police Department Budget (100-2101-222- 0-0-47404) and approve a purchase order in the Not to exceed amount of $43,900.59 to the City of Torrance for the payment of Interoperability Network of the South Bay (INSB) invoice (2023-00152471).
