FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 73518, A THREE-UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION PROJECT AT 6040 BROADWAY The City Council is requested to approve the final map to allow the developer to obtain building permits and start the construction of the three detached dwellings. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 73518 (Attachment “A”); and
