EXTENDING A LOCAL EMERGENCY FOR THE GOODVIEWS ABATEMENT PROJECT (“GAP”) It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Extending the local emergency for the GAP pursuant to Section 3 of Resolution No. 2022- R101 (adopted December 21, 2022) to July 1, 2023; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
