5-C. NATIONAL GUN VIOLENCE AWARENESS DAY AND WEAR ORANGE WEEKEND It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a Resolution Declaring June 2, 2023, to be National Gun Violence Awareness Day in the City of Monterey Park and June 3rd and 4th as Wear Orange Weekend; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
