6. Consideration to provide ARPA funding to assist Baldwin Park Public Service Providers It is recommended that the City Council approve: 1. Allocation of ARPA funding to assist public services providers listed in the report; and 2. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer and City Attorney to execute grant agreements based on ARPA grants eligibility guidelines; and 3.
