16.D A Resolution Accepting the 2022 Federal Justice Assistance Grant 295 - 310\n(JAG) in the Amount of $28,679, Authorizing the MOU/Interlocal Fiscal\nAgent Agreement with Riverside County and Authorizing the City\nManager to Execute the Agreement on behalf of the City, and\nAuthorizing the Finance Department to establish an expenditure account\nand increase the budget in the amount of $25,811 (grant amount less\n10% paid to the Fiscal Agent)\nStaff Report #23-036 - Pdf\nRecommendation:\nIt is respectfully recommended that the City Council:\nAdopt Resolution accepting the 2022 JAG Grant, when awarded, in the\namount of $28,679; authorize approval of the MOU Agreement\nregarding the Fiscal Agent (FA) with Riverside County; authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the MOU Agreement; and authorize the\nFinance Department to increase the operating budget to allocate and\nappropriate the grant funds in the amount of $25,811 (grant amount less\nthe 10% paid to the Fiscal Agent).
