Authorize the City Manager or his assigned designee to sign the Agreement\nfor Animal Services Between the City of San Bernardino and the City of\nFontana.\n3. Approve an appropriation from Fund 101 to 10140221 to allow the City to pay\nfor shelter services and improvements per the agreement with the City of San\nBernardino.
