E. Award a Construction Contract for the Rose Avenue Pavement 21-2786\nRehabilitation Project (DE-24-86-SB)\n1. Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract\nwith Dash Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of the Rose\nAvenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $217,777.00 and\nauthorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $21,777.70 (Bid No. DE-24-86\n-SB).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of the\nCity of Fontana for the Rose Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project.
