11. Approval of an administering agency-state master agreement & program supplemental agreement. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff Recommends that the City Council approve Administering Agency-State Master Agreement No. 07-5253F15 & Program Supplemental Agreement No. F015 with California Department of Transportation and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements on the City’s behalf.
