18. Application Approval and Agreement of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program DR- 4569-021-025R Between the City of Hawthorne and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services and the Federal Management Agency for the City of Hawthorne Seismic Retrofit project, Phase I. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council accept the grant and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Funding Agreement and all future amendments and appropriate $328,158.48 from the General Fund balance to Account Number 850 for the project.
