G. Award a Construction Contract for the Sierra Avenue 21-2794\nPavement Rehabilitation Project, from San Bernardino Avenue\nto Valley Boulevard\n1. Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract\nwith Onyx Paving Company, Inc. for the construction of the Sierra Avenue\nPavement Rehabilitation Project, from San Bernardino Avenue to Valley\nBoulevard, in the amount of $848,000.00 and authorize a 10% contingency in\nthe amount of $84,800.00 (Bid No. DE-24-89-SB).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of the\nCity of Fontana for the Sierra Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project, from\nSan Bernardino Avenue to Valley Boulevard (PN0065).\n3. Appropriate $400,000.00 from Capital Reinvestment Fund (601) to the Sierra\nAvenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project, from San Bernardino Avenue to\nValley Boulevard (PN0065).
