Review and provide policy direction regarding allocation of\nCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to public\nservice projects; award Program Year 2024-25 CDBG funding\nfor public service projects; and authorize staff to decrease 2024-\n25 grant awards for public service projects proportionately, with\nno grant award decreasing to lower than $5,000, if allocation\ndecreased by Department of Housing and Urban Development\nand it will impact maximum allowable allocation (15 percent of\ntotal CDBG funds) to public service funds
