7. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR CITY-WIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 2 1) Award a contract to Allied Universal Janitorial Services for custodial services for all City facilities; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract including the option of four, one-year extensions, including Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustments if mutually agreed upon.
