7) CONSIDERATION OF CONTINUED POLICE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute an agreement with SDI Presence LLC, in an annual amount up to $250,000, for a term of three years (with the option of two one-year extensions), for continued specialized computer technology services for the Police Department, using available federal equitable sharing funds (in Fund 117), in substantially the form as attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney. 2.
