CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENT REQUEST BY ATHENS SERVICES FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION The City Council is requested to consider an annual rate adjustment requested by Athens Services for solid waste collection. Recommendation: Approve the annual rate adjustment of 4.65% request by Athens Services for solid waste collection services to become effective July 1, 2023.
