SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 23-1071 AMENDING SECTION 9-1T-21 (URBAN DWELLINGS AND URBAN LOT SPLITS) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO SB-9 The City Council is requested to adopt Ordinance No. 23-1071 amending the City Municipal Code to bring the City’s SB-9 Ordinance into conformance with California Housing and Community Development Department’s interpretation of State law. Recommendation: Waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 23-1071 (Attachment “A”) amending the Zoning Code related to urban dwellings and urban lot splits (SB-9) and finding the Ordinance exempt from CEQA.
