City Council: Adoption of a resolution to summarily vacate the entirety of those certain easements described as joint utility easement for sewer and waterline purposes; the easement for sewer line purposes; and the perpetual easement and right-of-way for, and the right to use for waterline purposes, and those appurtenances and uses commonly associated therewith; all as dedicated on Map of Oceanpointe, Map thereof No. 16498; and authorization for the City Clerk to file a certified copy of the resolution with the San Diego County Recorder
