4.8. AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF MISSION VIEJO FOR ANIMAL CONTROL AND SHELTER SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a seven-year agreement with the City of Mission Viejo for animal control and shelter services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a seven-year agreement with the City of Mission Viejo, in the amount of $474,487 for fiscal year 2023-24 and in an amount to be determined annually thereafter.
