PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CHARLES ABBOTT ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE BUILDING & SAFETY AND CODE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Recommended Action: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Charles Abbott Associates for building & safety and code enforcement consulting services for a five-year period, with a total compensation amount not to exceed $600,000, annually ($3,000,000 total).
