4.16. AQUATIC CENTER EQUPMENT MAINTENANCE Recommended Action: 1. Approve a Second Amendment to the Agreement with Knorr Systems, Inc. to perform Equipment Maintenance Services at Aquatic Center that extends the term one year and increases the compensation amount by $50,000 for a total authorization of $220,000 since 2020; and 2.
