4.17. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH RK ENGINEERING GROUP INC. FOR ON-CALL PARKING AND TRAFFIC ANALYSIS Recommended Action: 1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement with RK Engineering Group, Inc. to perform on-call parking and traffic analysis that renews the agreement for an additional one-year term and increases the total compensation under the agreement by $50,000 for a total amount of $100,000; and 2.
