4.14. AGREEMENT WITH ENGINEERING RESOURCES OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, INC. FOR ON-CALL CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a 3-year agreement with Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. to perform on-call civil engineering services; and 2.
