NOTICE OF COMPLETION – VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on April 27, 2023 accepting the 2022 Residential Street Rehabilitation Specification No. 2022- 008 completed by All American Asphalt, Inc.; (2) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on April 27, 2023 accepting the Emerson Avenue Sewer System CIPP Lining and Point Repair Improvements Specification No. 2022-007 completed by Sancon Technologies, Inc. (3) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on May 3, 2023 accepting the Sierra Vista Court Resurfacing project completed by Trueline Construction and Surfacing Inc; (4) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on May 11, 2023 accepting the Citywide CCTV Camera Specification No. 2022-001 completed by Endeavor Advanced Solutions; and (5) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
