WATER, WASTEWATER, AND RECYCLED WATER TREATMENT CHEMICAL PRICE INCREASES Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-61, directing the following actions: accept the chemical price increases and authorize the Finance Manager to execute purchase orders for the 2023/2024 fiscal year, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; and authorize the City Manager to approve annual price increases for the remaining three, one-year options to renew, conditioned upon budget appropriations.
