Introduce Ordinance No. 1753 entitled AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, ADDING CHAPTER 2.29 TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE TO CREATE A COASTAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE 3. Receive and file the Administrative Report, dated June 20, 2023, and on file with the City Clerk.
