3) CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ORDER THROUGH COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT TO MUSCO SPORTS LIGHTING, LLC TO PROCURE LIGHTING EQUIPMENT FOR CORTEZ PARK - PROJECT NO. 22016 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Authorize the Acting City Manager to issue a purchase order to Musco Sports Lighting, LLC for $431,430, for direct purchasing of new lighting equipment at Cortez Park through Sourcewell Contract #071619-MSL; and 2. Authorize 25% of the purchase order amount as contingency allowance to be used, if necessary, with the Acting City Manager's approval, for unforeseen conditions.
