Item No. 18. 2023-0472 CONSIDER EXTENSION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT (CONTRACT NO. 9.1550) WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON ("SCE") FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN SCE PARCELS BY THE CITY OF CARSON FOR PARK USES AT HEMINGWAY PARK, TO EXPIRE ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2023 Recommendation: 1. APPROVE the extension of License Agreement (Contract No. 9.1550) with Southern California Edison for the use of certain property at Hemingway Park, to expire on September 29, 2023. 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any other related documents. 1. Attachments: 9.1550 License Extension Agreement
